Fluffy Pancake Breakfast


1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup almond-milk (silk or almond breeze, unflavored or vanilla is okay) 2 Tbsp canola oil or melted butter 1 egg
add Raisins and/or Chocolate chips if you like or to be on the healthier side blueberries or strawberries

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together in a small bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add dry mixture to liquid mixture and stir just to moisten.
  3. Cook pancakes on a griddle over medium heat.
  4. Add raisins and/or chocolate chips
  5. Serve immediately.
